- A statement made under penalty of perjury that all information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
3. Processing of DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, Castle will immediately remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who uploaded the content of the removal. We process all compliant notices promptly in accordance with DMCA regulations.
4. Counter-Notice Submission Process
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a formal counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following information:
- Your full valid contact information;
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error;
- A clear description of the removed content and its original location on Castle;
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable court;
- An acknowledgment of your willingness to accept service of process from the original copyright claimant.

Castle strictly complies with all provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and undertakes all legally required actions to address copyright infringement claims. We maintain a streamlined process for reviewing and acting on valid notices and counter-notices to protect the rights of all parties.
6. Important Notes
This policy applies exclusively to the Castle platform. All DMCA notices and counter-notices must be complete, accurate, and compliant with legal requirements to be processed. We reserve the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant submissions.
